Description
Het Juridisch Loket, (hierna: “het Juridisch Loket” of ”Opdrachtgever”) is voornemens een Europese aanbesteding te starten voor het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met één partij voor callcenterdiensten. De hoofddoelstelling van het Juridisch Loket is het bieden van laagdrempelige toegang tot rechtshulp. Dat doet het Juridisch Loket onder andere telefonisch. De rechtzoekende burger krijgt - met een gratis nummer – toegang tot tijdige en klantgerichte telefonische ondersteuning, waarbij continuïteit, toegankelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid van de dienstverlening gewaarborgd zijn. Daarnaast is het uiteraard van belang dat er zorgvuldig en veilig wordt omgegaan met persoonsgegevens conform de AVG, in het kader van de correcte registratie en afhandeling van gesprekken.
