Steinkjer kommune har behov for å anskaffe en helhetlig løsning for elektronisk lagerstyring av forbruksmateriell på tvers av kommunens virksomheter og lagerlokasjoner. Behovet omfatter forbruksmateriell bredt, og er ikke begrenset til medisinsk forbruksmateriell. Anskaffelsen gjelder også opsjoner for Namsos og Grong kommune.
