Vaggeryds kommun och Värnamo kommun upprättar en sammordnat Dynamisk Inköpssystem DIS som avser Bemanningstjänster Socialsekreterare. Dynamiskt inköpssystem (DIS) som är en process i två steg som går ut på att ansökande leverantörer kvalificeras i steg 1 för deltagande i systemet. När behovet uppstår hos kommunerna så sker anbudsinbjudan och tilldelning av kontrakt i steg 2. Ett DIS ger möjlighet men inte skyldighet för samtliga kvalificerade leverantörer att medverka vid en anbudsinbjudan i Steg 2.
