Upphandlingen avser småskalig elproduktion med komplett ORC-system som kan kopplas till befintlig värmekälla och elnät. ORC-systemet skall kunna omvandla nedan värmekällor till el: - en hetvattenpanna som eldar biobränsle, avfall, eller biogas - hetvatten eller hetolja från solfångare - spillvärme från en gasturbin - spillvärme från en industriell process
