Oppdragsgiver skal inngå en dynamisk innkjøpsordning for tolker som vil inngå i tolketjenestens base av tolker. Konkurranser gjennnom denne DPS'en blir ikke kunngjort i Mercell, men hvert enkelt tolkeoppdrag vil formidles og tildeles gjennom tolketjenestens fagsystem. Det anskaffes tolketjenester for ca. 2,5 mill. per år.
