Raamlepingu esemeks on seminariruumide rent koos toitlustamise ja majutusega kehtivusega alates lepingu sõlmimisest kuni 30.08.2029 või kuni raamlepingu maksimaalse kogumaksumuse täitumiseni, oleneb milline tingimus saabub varem. Tellitavad teenused hõlmavad seminariruumide renti, tehnilist tuge, toitlustust ning majutust asukohaga üle Eesti. Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitakse raamlepingud kuni 4 pakkujaga.
