Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines Unternehmens mit der Errich-tung und dem Betrieb einer Gigabitinfrastruktur in den "grauen NGA-Flecken" in der Städte-Region Aachen gemäß Nr. 3.1 der Richtlinie "Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitaus-baus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" (Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0) vom 30.04.2024. Das Markterkundungsverfahren hat ergeben, dass in den drei beteiligten Kommunen derzeit noch 183 Privatadressen und 84 Gewerbeadressen (nachfolgend "Adressen") unterversorgt sind. Die Anbindung dieser Adressen an ein Gigabitnetz ist Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.
