Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, durch die Gewährung einer Investitionsbeihilfe im unterversorgten Gebiet der Samtgemeinde Land Hadeln eine zuverlässige, erschwingliche, hochwertige und nachhaltige Breitbandversorgung zu schaffen. Dabei muss die Breitbandanbindung durch die Maßnahme zulässig mit 1 GBit/s (symmetrisch) erfolgen können. Es handelt sich in diesem Gebiet um ca. 2.920 unterversorgte Adressen.
