Description
Der Auftragnehmer hat sämtliche Grundleistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen ab der Leistungsphase 3 zu erbringen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere: • Entwicklung eines Freiraumkonzeptes, mit Integration eines Trinkbrunnens, einer Radservicestation, Fahrradabstellanlagen, Anschlagtafel für Veranstal-tung, eventuell auch elektronisch, Sammelstelle für Wertstoffe (Glascontainer, Altkleidercontainer) • Platz- und Aufenthaltsgestaltung • Trinkbrunnen • Begrünungskonzept, einschließlich Verschattungselemente • Auswahl geeigneter Bepflanzungen • Ausstattung mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Stadtmobiliar • Gestaltung von Aufenthalts- und Begegnungsbereichen • Einbindung von Sharing Mobilitätsangebote, wie Fahrradverleihstation, Car-sharing oder andere Mobilitätsformen
