Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa, montaż, instalacja i uruchomienie fabrycznie nowego tomografu komputerowego wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem i oprogramowaniem, przeszkoleniem personelu Zamawiającego oraz demontażem, odbiorem i przejęciem dotychczas użytkowanego tomografu komputerowego do odzysku lub unieszkodliwienia, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wymagane parametry techniczno-eksploatacyjne, określa załącznik nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy.
