De aanbesteding betreft en beperkt zich tot: het bezorgen van post en pakketten die geen o spoedeisend karakter en/of o speciale behandeling vereisen die voortvloeit uit de eigenschappen van het post- of pakketzending zoals rechtstreeks vervoer van zender naar ontvanger, mailingen en huis-aan-huisbezorgingen die geen spoedeisend karakter hebben. Eventuele retour-postzendingen die voortvloeien uit bovengenoemde bezorgingen. Opdracht is voorbehouden volgens art. 282 Aanbestedingswet 2012.
