Description
Der Auftraggeber betreibt als zentraler IT-Dienstleister für die Bayerische Polizei eine umfangreiche Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur auf Basis von Produkten des Systemlieferanten Avaya Inc. Für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des installierten Telekommunikations- und Unified Communication Systems (VoIP-TKS) werden Hardware, Software (Lizenzen), Service für Bestands- und neu zu liefernde Systeme und Komponenten, Werk- und Dienstleistungen benötigt. Der Auftragnehmer soll somit insbesondere die Erbringung von Support und Serviceleistungen für alle Bestandskomponenten, die Lieferung von Hardware, Software und Lizenzen sowie die Übernahme von Dienst- und Werksleistungen für das bestehende VoIP-TKS übernehmen und das VoIP-TKS weiterentwickeln.
