Auf der Kläranlage Aachen Soers sind die folgenden Planungsleistungen zu erbringen: - Ziel: Bau einer Netzersatzanlage (NEA) auf der Kläranlage Aachen-Soers für die sichere Stromversorgung im Inselbetrieb. - Erneuerung: Austausch der 30 Jahre alten 20kV Übergabe MSHV und relevante Komponenten der Niederspannung - Einbindung bestehender Blockheizkraftwerke in das Ersatzstromkonzept - Anpassung der Leittechnik - Umsetzung: Planungsleistung (LP3-9) zwingend unterlaufendem Anlagenbetrieb - LP1/LP2 erfolgten schon in der Vorstudie
