W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zaprojektowania (w zakresie niezbędnym), dostawy, montażu, uruchomienia oraz integracji 14 punktów kamerowych zlokalizowanych wzdłuż obwodnicy Wałbrzycha, połączonych siecią światłowodową z Centrum Sterowania Ruchem i Monitoringu Wizyjnego funkcjonującym w ramach miejskiego systemu monitoringu. Zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie kompletnego, sprawnego i gotowego do użytkowania systemu.
