Description
Helse Sør-Øst RHF (heretter omtalt som Oppdragsgiver) skal inngå rammeavtale med privat ideell leverandør om kjøp av spesialiserte rehabiliteringstjenester for pasienter med nydiagnostisert eller langtkommet multippel sklerose (MS). Kun ideelle leverandører, som kan yte tjenesten innenfor helseregion Sør-Øst, kan levere tilbud. Helseforetakene tilhørende Oppdragsgiver og de fire ikke-kommersielle sykehusene som Oppdragsgiver har driftsavtaler med, kan ikke delta i anskaffelsen, verken som hovedleverandør eller underleverandør.
