Description
Das Regierungspräsidium Gießen (RPGI) beabsichtigt einen Auftrag über die Analytik von Abwasser- und Gewässerproben zu vergeben (Zeitraum 01.02.2027 -31.01.2029). Der Vertrag verlängert sich stillschweigend zum 01.02.2029 und 01.02.2030 um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr, d. h. längstens bis zum 31.01.2031, wenn nicht eine Vertragspartei unter Wahrung einer Frist von 6 Monaten anzeigt, die Vertragslaufzeit nicht verlängern zu wollen. Schätzmenge: 26.748 Analysen (4 Jahre) Höchstwert: 550.000 € (4 Jahre) Der Vertrag endet mit Erreichen des Höchstwerts, spätestens jedoch mit Ablauf der maximalen Vertragslaufzeit am 31.01.2031.
