Nottingham City Housing Services is seekingtenders from suitably experienced and qualifiedentities for the provision of minor works, to a singlesupplier, to supplement their existing in-housecapacity.The Authority's detailed requirements are defined inthe Service Information and accompanying tenderdocumentsPlease note that during the anticipated contractperiod, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire may besubject to Local Government Reorganisation(LGR), a national programme led by centralgovernment to restructure two-tier authorities intosingle unitary councils. This process involvesNottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire CountyCouncil, the district/borough councils, and theMinistry of Housing, Communities & LocalGovernment, and may lead to changes ingovernance, boundaries and service deliveryarrangements that could affect this contract.Tenderers should therefore note that organisationaland contractual arrangements may need to adapt inline with any I-GR implementation
