Upphandlingen avser upprättande av ramavtal för nybyggnad, förnyelse och reparation av VA ledningar. Både förläggning med traditionell schakt och schaktfria metoder kommer att användas inom ramavtalet. Ramavtalet gäller arbeten i Umeå kommun (Umeva).
