Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von temporären Busverkehrsleistungen für die Graz-Köflacher Bahn und Busbetrieb GmbH im Schienenersatzverkehr (SEV) zwischen Köflach und Lieboch im Zeitraum von 07.01.2027 bis 19.09.2027 aus derzeitiger Sicht mit fünf (Montag bis Freitag während den Ferien in der Steiermark) und sieben Bussen gleichzeitig (Montag bis Freitag an Schultagen). An Samstagen werden 3 und an Sonn- und Feiertagen 2 Busse benötigt.Pro Bus wird eine Mindestkapazität von 50 Sitzplätze gefordert.
