Description
La mission confiée au titulaire du marché portera principalement sur l’exploitation et la maintenance du PEM à un exploitant spécialisé. Le contrat prévoit également la fourniture et l’installation par l’Exploitant d’équipements d’exploitation. Le contrat initial entrera en vigueur à sa signature (fin 2026) et aura pour échéance le 31 décembre 2031 (soit environ 5 ans) avec une première phase pré-opérationnelle de préparation de l’exploitation et de déploiement des équipements puis une phase opérationnelle d’exploitation (voir annexe AAPC)
