Description

Erweiterung einer 5-Seiten-CAVE (Cave Automatic Virtual Enviroment) am I3TC der Technischen Universität Ilmenau um eine leichtgewichtige, niedrig aufgelöste Visualisierung an der Decke. Die CAVE an der Technischen Universität Ilmenau verfügt über eine Fünf-Seiten-Projektion (360°-Wandrück-projektion und Bodenaufprojektion) für bis zu zwei unabhängige Nutzer. Zur Maximierung der Immersion soll die CAVE durch eine sechste niedrig aufgelöste Visualisierungsmöglichkeit mittels leichtgewichtigen LED-Dis-plays (z.B. Mesh) und ggf. Diffusionsmaterial an der Decke geschlossen werden.
