Die Stadt Kronach (im Folgenden: Konzessionsgeber) führt zur Auswahl eines Netzbetreibers, der mit einem öffentlichen Zuschuss den Aufbau und Betrieb eines Gigabitnetzes realisieren kann, ein offenes, transparentes, wirtschaftliches und diskriminierungsfreies Auswahlverfahren aufgrund förderrechtlicher Vorgaben gemäß Rahmenregelung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Unterstützung des flächendeckenden Aufbaus von Gigabitnetzen in "grauen Flecken", § 5 in der Fassung vom 13.11.2020 durch.
