Description

The provision of an end-to-end international student recruitment, marketing and conversion service for London South Bank University (LSBU) under a 3 year contract with +1 +1 optional extensions. The services will include targeted international marketing campaigns, white labelled in-country recruitment and representation, agent network development and management, white labelled admissions and application processing and enquiry management to support prospective students throughout the recruitment journey. The appointed provider will drive sustainable international student growth, increase conversion and enrolment rates, strengthen LSBU's presence across target international markets, and support the University's wider international recruitment strategy. The services will be delivered through dedicated and experienced international resource, combining individual market-based in-country representatives with centralised marketing, admissions and conversion support. The provider will deliver a coordinated, end to end service, working in close partnership and steer from the University, including utilising its existing systems and processes for components of the journey. Services will be supplied with a mixture of face to face and online engagement. The estimated value of the contract over 5 years is £3,865,959.00 excluding VAT. There are fixed fees i.e. systems, resourcing and administration fees and Marketing services and success fees/commission type fees - these are variable and subject to fluctuate up or down
