Die Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 3 GmbH beabsichtigt, auf eigenem Grund (Flst. 13617 mit 460 m² Grundfläche) in München, Stadtbezirk 17 Obergiesing-Fasanengarten einen Neubau für ca. 14 Wohneinheiten als Ersatz für derzeit ca. 17 Bestandswohneinheiten zu errichten. Die umfangreichen Untersuchungen haben ergeben, dass eine Sanierung des Bestandes wegen maroder Bausubstanz nicht mehr möglich ist, sodass der Bestand abgebrochen wird.
