Raamlepingu esemeks on dokumendiskännerite ja nendega seotud tarkvara litsentside ostmine ning tootjapoolse tootetoe osutamine (edaspidi ka „asjad“ või „teenused“), mida täitja kohustub tarnima vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentidele, sõlmitud raamlepingule, tellimuse tingimustele ning nende järgselt tellijaga sõlmitud hankelepingutele ja nende lisadele.
