The single supplier has exclusive rights on the basis of a regulated monopoly. The supplier is a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and responsible for works on their assets and within a geographical area. The value of Works cannot be identified at present as we have to wait until the designs have been undertaken, this will form the basis of Non-Contestable and Contestable works.
