Das Walther-Meissner-Institut der Bayerischen Akademie der Wissenschaften (WMI) wird ein Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)-System zur Herstellung integrierter Quantenschaltkreise erwerben. Das System sollte in der Lage sein, dreidimensionale Strukturen wie zum Beispiel TSVs (Through-Silicium Vias) mit hohem Aspektverhältnis (durch ALD-Wachstum) mit einem hochwertigen supraleitenden Film konform zu beschichten.
