Oppdragsgiver har de kommende årene behov for fremtidsrettede biler under 7.5t. Oppdragsgiver ønsker en avtale som skal dekke behov for biler, samt ivareta føringer for å redusere miljøbelastning. For å kunne møte fremtidens behov på en tilfredsstillende måte skal oppdragsgiver inngå en dynamisk innkjøpsordning for å ivareta konkurranse på biler under 7.5t. Dette gjelder for kjøp og leasing av biler for bl.a. sektorene hjemmesykepleien, eiendom, skole, institusjon og barnehage.
