Upphandlingen omfattar IT-stöd för upphandling och avtalsförvaltning (upphandlingssystem), anpassat för den svenska lagstiftningen och som kan hantera hela upphandlings- och avtalsprocessen samt som kan integeras mot andra system. Upphandlingen omfattar också leverans-, support- och underhållsavtal som innehåller nyttjanderätt, tjänster för installation, parametersättning, migrering, utbildning, driftsättning samt drift, support, underhåll och vidareutveckling av systemet.
