Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on kontaktivaba ja mittedestruktiivse pehmete biomaterjalide viskoelastsete omaduste mõõteseadme ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele.
