Palveluun kuuluu puistojen ja viheralueiden rakentamisen valmisteluun, rakennuttamiseen, valvontaan, turvallisuuden koordinointiin, hankkeiden koordinointiin, hankkeiden kustannus- ja laadunhallintaan sekä rakentamisvaiheen erilaisten raporttien ja selvitysten laatimiseen liittyviä tehtäviä. Toimeksiannot koskevat projektikoordinaattorin, projektipäällikön ja rakennustöiden valvojan tehtäviä. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä P01, palvelukuvaus.
