Prin achiziționarea și punerea în funcțiune a echipamentelor menționate se va asigura o performanță mai bună a sistemului informatic, o securitate informatică mult îmbunătățită și, de asemenea, se vor crea condițiile asigurării siguranței că sistemul informatic poate fi repus în funcțiune, în cazul unor evenimente de natură informatică deosebită (dezastru informatic), indiferent de cauza sau natura acestora.
