Turvasüsteemide ja perimeetrite uuendamise tööd toimuvad „võtmed kätte” meetodil, mis tähendab, et kõik projekti mahus olevad seadmed tarnitakse koos vajalike projekteerimistöödega, installeeritakse, seadistatakse, kontrollitakse jne ning antakse Tellijale lõplikult üle valmis kujul. Kõik tarnitavad seadmed peab töövõtja paigaldama ja töösse viima.
