Zamawiający wymaga, aby po instalacji w macierzy objętej aktywnym wsparciem producenta do 31 grudnia 2027 roku, dostarczone dyski zostały objęte tym samym poziomem wsparcia serwisowego i gwarancji co macierz, tj. do końca obowiązywania kontraktu serwisowego macierzy, wraz z opcją Keep Your Hard Drive (KYHD) w przypadku awarii dysku, tj. do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 roku.
