Voor het Amsterdamse lokaalspoor is dat de Vervoersregio Amsterdam. De beleidsregels van de VRA voor de WLS keuring stellen als eis dat de keuringsinstantie van de psychologische keuring door IL&T erkend is. plusminus 3350 keuringen over een periode van 8 jaar
