Description
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungskonzessionsvertrags über den Betrieb des Parkplatzes beim Schloss Schönbrunn. Im Rahmen des Betriebs des Parkplatzes hat der Konzessionär insbesondere auch die folgenden Leistungen zu erbringen: Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung des Parkplatzes (inkl Instandhaltung/Instandsetzung der technischen Anlagen, des zur Verfügung gestellten Büros, des Lagers und der Toilette für das Personal des Konzessionärs); Grünflächenpflege (insb Rasen- und Gehölzpflege, Schnitt und Bewässerung); Reinigung von Frei- und Verkehrsflächen; Winterdienst.
