Description
De Opdrachtgever is op zoek naar Opdrachtnemers, welke in staat zijn om het voorlopig ontwerp van het Integraal Kind Centrum, (hierna IKC), verder uit te werken op basis van een bouwteamopdracht. De werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het verder mede-ontwerpen en de realisatie van deze voorzieningen van de ‘Nieuwbouw IKC Het Veen te Nieuwveen’ zullen o.a. bestaan uit: • Bouwkundige werkzaamheden IKC (perceel 1); • Het in bouwteam (mede)ontwerpen van één ontwerp van de gehele nieuwbouw IKC, waarna deze dient te worden gerealiseerd (perceel 1 en 2); Zie leidraad
