Description
The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the Framework Agreement ́s users a stable, cost efficient and qualitative good delivery of fresh fruit, berries, vegetables and processed products of fruit and vegetables. The total estimated value of the two sub-contract Norway s is NOK 520 million excluding VAT, and the total maximum value is NOK 740 million excluding VAT over the duration of the agreement. The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years from when it is signed. Two sub-contracts shall be signed for the assignment. The procurement is divided geographically, with the two sub-contracts each apply for a part of the Norway, including one for the north and one for the south. Sub-contract 1 - "South" concerns the delivery of fruit and vegetables to the users ́ locations that are located in the south of the country. 'south' means Trøndelag counties and counties south of this. Sub-contract 2 - "Nord" concerns the delivery of fruit and vegetables to the users ́ locations that are located north of Trøndelag county. Tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one sub-contract, or both lots. The competition documents and contract documents are common for both sub-contracts, with the exception of the price form and the vehicle form (only relevant for sub-contract 2 - north). The competition documents are only available in the competition ́s joint page, and not in each sub-contract. If tenders are submitted for both sub-contracts, independent tenders must be submitted for both sub-contracts, i.e. all documents stated in the procurement rules point 6.2 are included in the tender for the relevant sub-contract. If the same tenderer wins the competition for both Sub-Contract 1 – South and Sub-Contract 2 – North, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to merge the two sub-contracts into one framework agreement.
