Description
Instandhaltungsarbeiten (Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung und Rufbereitschaft) sowie Prüfung von Split-Klimaanlagen und Umluftkühlgeräten (ULK) in diversen Liegenschaften des Deutschen Bundestages Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Wartung und Instandsetzung einschließlich der Beseitigung von Störungen an den in den Bestandslisten aufgeführten Split-Klimaanlagen und Umluftkühlgeräten (ULK). Darüber hinaus sind die Prüfungen gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 3, die Durchführung der energetischen Inspektionen gemäß Gebäudemodernisierungsgesetz (GModG) sowie die erforderliche Rufbereitschaft durchzuführen.
