Description
De aanbesteding betreft het onderhoud van de sanitaire voorzieningen op de locaties van het LUMC. De opdracht betreft: • Het preventief onderhoud van aanrechten, baden, brand-, nood- en oogdouches, closetcombinaties, fonteinen en kranen, et cetera, volgens onderhoudsvoorschriften van het LUMC en volgens een door het LUMC voorgeschreven frequentie (1-4 x per jaar) en planning; • Het controleren van keerkleppen volgens waterblad WB1.4G; • Het uitvoeren van legionella metingen • Modificaties en vervangingen van sanitaire voorzieningen op nacalculatie; • Het leveren van de benodigde toestellen en onderdelen.
