Dit perceel heeft als voorwerp het verzekeren van “arbeidsongevallen” en “lichamelijke ongevallen”. De arbeidsongevallen zijn in overeenstemming met de wet van 1971, aangevuld met een aantal collectieve ongevallenverzekeringen (excedent, specifieke contracten), inbegrepen de verzekering arbeidsongevallen voor studenten-stagiairs (kleine statuten). De jaarlijkse bezoldigingsmassa wordt geraamd op 115.000.000 EUR tot het wettelijke maximum in de privésector en circa 40.000.000 EUR excedentlonen.
