Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.Dostawa, instalacja i wdrożenie toru wizyjnego wraz z osprzętem, tj. unitem laryngologicznym, diatermią, mikroskopem diagnostycznym oraz zestawem komputerowym, wraz z przeszkoleniem personelu medycznego i technicznego oraz udzieleniem gwarancji w terminie 10 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy; 2.udzielenie gwarancji na okres 24 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru; 3. przeszkolenie personelu medycznego i technicznego. Zamawiający wymaga aby wykonawca wskazał, czy dostarczane urządzenie ma charakter produktu ICT.
