Předmětem plnění jsou stavební úpravy objektů modré etapy v závodě Merklín za účelem snížení jejich energetické náročnosti. Práce zahrnují zateplení fasád a soklů, zateplení stropů nebo střech podle jednotlivých objektů, výměnu oken a vstupních dveří a obnovu střešních plášťů. Součástí je také obnova podlah na terénu v objektu, úpravy stavebních otvorů a související zemní, bourací a dokončovací práce včetně odvozu a uložení odpadu.
