De raamovereenkomst betreft het kunnen leveren van juridische expertise (vanaf schaal 10) voor dossiers, vragen en taken waarin de Gemeente niet met haar eigen personeel in kan voorzien. Dit kan komen door piekbelasting, (langdurig) verzuim/afwezigheid van eigen personeel of gebrek aan specifieke expertise. Gevraagd wordt van de opdrachtnemers om: 1. Arbeidskrachten ter beschikking te stellen onder leiding en toezicht van de Gemeente conform 7.690 BW; 2. Het uitvoeren van Zelfstandig te verrichten resultaatopdrachten conform 7:400 BW
