Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit den drei nach dem Zuschlagsschema bestgereihten Unternehmen zur Beauftragung mit der Erbringung von Leistungen betreffend die Bereitstellung bzw. Lieferung einer Einsatzmanagementsoftware für das Oö. Krisen- und Katastrophenmanagement zur organisationsübergreifenden Einsatzprävention, -planung und -vorbereitung sowie Einsatzführungsunterstützung für beteiligte Behörden und Einsatzorganisationen sowie (Hilfs-)Organisationen des Katastrophenhilfsdienstes nach dem Oö. KatSchG mit bidirektionalem Informationsfluss auf jeweils unterschiedlichen Ebenen samt Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung.
