Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Unterstützungsleistungen im Bereich IT-Technik. Dieser umfasst die Servicebereiche, die sich mit der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Infrastrukturen in unseren Rechenzentren (Server, Speicher, Cloud), landesweiten Services für die IT-Unterstützung der Behörden im ganzen Land (VoIP, Videoconferen-cing, Internet, Mail) sowie Services innerhalb einer Behörde (Endgeräte: PCs, Mobil-funk-Geräte, Tablets, ...) befassen.
