Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Dachabdichtungsarbeiten für den Neubau des Gebäudes KJP 81 und 83. Der Neubau erfolgt auf dem Gelände der AWO Niedersachen in Königslutter. Die Dachabdichtungsarbeiten umfassen folgende Leistungen: Ca. 2.950 m2 Flachdachabdichtung Ca. 2.950 m2 Gefälledämmung aus Polyurethan-Hartschaumplatten Ca. 18 Stück Flachdacheinläufe Ca. 75 m Fallrohre aus Edelstahl Ca. 375 m wärmegedämmte Wandanschlüsse Ca. 375 m Absturzsicherung Seilsystem Ca. 15 Stück Lichtkuppeln Ca. 380 m Fassadenverkleidung Ca. 180 m Attikaabdeckung
