De directie Werk & Participatie van de gemeente Groningen heeft vanuit de Participatiewet de opdracht om inwoners een stap verder te helpen richting werk, scholing en/of participatie. We helpen zoveel mogelijk inwoners om zich op hun eigen manier en op basis van hun eigen talenten te ontwikkelen. Deze Open House betreft de inkoop voor de kavel Activering. Activeringstrajecten bieden inwoners een veilige en laagdrempelige omgeving om talenten te ontdekken en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. Activeringstrajecten zijn gericht op het zetten van stappen richting werk of opleiding. Wanneer dit (nog) niet haalbaar is, richten de trajecten op de toeleiding naar duurzame maatschappelijke participatie.
