Quotations will be evaluated based on compliance with the required specifications, past performance, and price. All quotations shall be submitted on a firm-fixed-price basis and shall include all shipping, handling, and other associated costs. Offerors are responsible for ensuring they can meet all solicitation requirements and specifications as written. No substitutions, alternate items, or alternate packaging will be accepted. Products that fail to meet the required specifications may be rejected upon delivery. Offerors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov and ensure all applicable representations and certifications required by FAR 52.212-3 are current and complete. In addition, offerors shall provide a current Kosher Certification Letter covering all quoted products.
