Upphandlingen avser att landa i ett ramavtal som omfattar sandupptagning i Östhammars kommun tätorter. Sandupptagning ska utföras på kommunens gator/vägar och vändplaner, parkeringar m m. Det åligger leverantören att blåsa/borsta ut sand från trottoar- och vägkanter. Sanden ska borstas upp och läggas på anvisad plats i varje tätort.
